The Process
Any communications strategy begins by asking the right questions. What is my message? Who is it for? How do I reach my intended audience? How do I measure success?
I focus on creating goal-oriented communication strategies that answer these questions. These goals are then transformed into captivating messages that engage audiences. Finally, I focus on measuring the success of these messages through qualitative and quantitative analytics.
Channels
Communication between individuals, groups, and organizations can take many forms. Video, text, webpages, social media, e-learning. No one method is better than the other. I focus on finding a mix that suits the communication goal.
